Lane Filtering Lost in House Subcommittee

The House Transportation Sub-Committee voted to “Pass By” the Bill (SB-435)  This move kills Lane Filtering and Shoulder Exits for 2026.

It was a very interesting and shocking hearing.  First, it was jammed between two house Sessions, Second they only allowed each speaker thirty  (30) seconds.

Obviously, with the shortened time I did not get to address any of the issues that the State Police or Insurance interests had spread among the Delegates.

It was quite obvious that most Delegates had not read any of the information I had forwarded to them over the last three months.

When all the Highway Safety Experts have advocated our position since 1981, it’s just a shame we can’t get our Representatives to follow the research
