SB 15  Driver Improvement clinics for motorcyclists:  The Bill would establish driver improvement clinics as a separate entity to allow court to send drivers to the clinics as they do with other vehicle drivers.                                      While we have long supported the idea and will support it, our suggestion will be to use what we already have. There are 33 current locations where the Motorcycle Rider Safety Training Course is taught.  I think it will have a better chance of passage if we use what is in place.   Why fund something new?
